P.P.E. is Out of the Closet...

This is something that I have battled with over the years. It was most definitely one of my blind spots, but we all need a partner or someone to help expose that which can prevent us from letting our brilliance shine in areas that we were destined to excel in. There may be a few hiccups along the way but that is where we refine our technique, our message. Our character is fashioned so that we may be able to carry on in the area that we have determined as our purpose and go on to taste the sweetness of success.

Why are our plans, thwarted by the effects of perfectionism? Is it because we fear failure so just don't go there at all? One of my favorite thought leaders, John C. Maxwell, is quoted as saying: "There is no success without failure or losses."
